Modo de preparo<br />
Coloque o creme de leite e o açúcar na batedeira e bata até que o creme comece a fazer ondas. Bata mais um pouquinho, na velocidade mínima até chegar ao ponto (com ondas mais firmes). É preciso prestar atenção, pois, se passar do ponto, vira manteiga.<br />

Segurando os morangos pelo cabo, mergulhe ¾ da fruta no chocolate. Deixe o excesso pingar na tigela e repita o processo até que os morangos terminem. Volte os morangos á assadeira forrada e leve à geladeira para firmar.<br />

Em seguida misture a farinha de trigo já incorporada com o fermento e bata. Por último, acrescente o creme de leite e o rum delicadamente.<br />
Leve ao forno para assar em uma temperatura de 160º ou 170º.<br />

Cobertura<br />
<br />
Misture o cream cheese e a manteiga – verifique se os dois estão na mesma temperatura para evitar grumos. Bata até que a mistura fique bem cremosa. Logo depois, adicione o açúcar e bata até que fique homogêneo. Por fim acrescente a baunilha. Está pronto!<br />

Preparo:<br />
Tempere o filé de frango com um pouco de sal e pimenta e coloque em uma frigideira antiaderente em fogo alto. Goteje água aos poucos. Quando estiver dourado, corte o filé de peito de frango em tiras de cerca de 1 cm de largura.<br />

Para a montagem, quebre as folhas de alface no prato. Adicione as rodelas de palmito, o grão-de-bico e os tomatinhos. Coloque por cima as tiras de frango e o cheiro verde (opcional). Tempere com um pouco de sal e pimenta, vinagre balsâmico e azeite de oliva.<br />
